He made the remarks in an address to managers and editors of the Islamic Republic News Agency during an inspection this morning.
He said that US President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have differences about foreign policy and that it is not known that who makes decisions in the United States.
On Iran-US talks, he said that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has repeatedly announced his readiness to sit at the negotiation table with his US counterpart.
