Soltaniyeh: Iran calls for principled cooperation with IAEA
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Vienna, July 5, IRNA -- Iran’s Ambassador and Permanent Envoy to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Ali-Asghar Soltaniyeh said on Monday that Iran’s principled policy is based on expansion of mutual cooperation with IAEA and vindicating its legitimate nuclear rights.
Speaking to IRNA, he said Iran is determined to continue its principled policies without hesitation.
Iran expects the IAEA to avoid its previous mistakes and welcome Iran’s sincere cooperation, he said.
IAEA has no concrete evidence to prove that Iran has deviated from its right path and it is time to open a new chapter in cooperation between Iran and IAEA, Soltaniyeh said.
There is no doubt that this to be achieved thorough sincere and unbiased efforts of IAEA director general, his deputies and IAEA’s inspectors, he said.
