MP: Iran to consider lowering level of cooperation with IAEA
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Isfahan, June 12, IRNA -- Majlis Representative from Isfahan Hamid-Reza Fouladgar said on Saturday that the Iranian Majlis is to consider lowering the current level of cooperation with IAEA on Sunday.
Speaking to IRNA, he said the Islamic Republic of Iran and the noble Iranian nation have taken their righteous approach and the country’s parliament is to tread the same path and consider lowering level of cooperation with IAEA.
Tehran Declaration inked by Iran, Turkey and Brazil was an independent move running counter to the interests of global arrogance, he said, adding that it was quite clear that they would oppose Tehran Declaration.
It is quite evident that the western powers cannot tolerate independent moves in any part of the world and will confront them, he said.
The recent UNSC resolution is not of any importance to Iran as this is the price which should be paid for the country’s independence, he said.
