Governing Board's report on Iran's nuclear case

Vienna, March 4, IRNA -- Chairman of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Governing Board presented a report on Iran’s nuclear program titled ‘Concluding Remarks’.
The current Chairman of the Agency Board is the Malaysian Ambassador to the IAEA, Dato´ Muhammad Shahrul Ikram Yaakob.
He stressed the need to deal with the case of Iran in the Agency.
The report has made a reference to the support of Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) to Iran’s peaceful nuclear program.
The group of IAEA Board members representing NAM also underlined the undeniable right of all countries to have nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.
The report further noted that limitations imposed by some members will create obstacles in undertaking detailed talks with Tehran.
