IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Tehran, Feb 16, IRNA -- President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Tuesday that Iran has tested a new generation of centrifuges whose capacities are five times of the previous ones.
In a press conference attended by some 200 Iranian and foreign reporters, he said that Iran has reported starting 20 percent enrichment to International Atomic Energy Agency.
President Ahmadinejad said that the subject of fuel swap is still on the table and certain talks are currently underway with the suppliers.
Stating that the only way for humanity’s salvation is to resort to divine messengers, especially Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), the chief executive said that today the era of despotism and acrimony has gone and expansionists have stuck in deadlock.
Before the start of the news conference, he referred to the arrival of the lunar month of Rabi’ Awwal, when Prophet Mohammad (SA) was born, and said that all the prophets had been assigned to reveal the humanity’s values and the real essence of humanity.
Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) invited humanity to a way in which nothing but mercy, knowledge and justice is found.
Unfortunately, the satans did not allow the ideals of the prophets to be materialized, the president said.
