Leader expresses condolence on Ayatollah Montazeri's departure

Tehran, Dec 20, IRNA -- Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on Sunday expressed condolence on departure of Ayatollah Sheikh Hossein-Ali Montazeri.
In a public message, the Supreme Leader said that Ayatollah Montazeri was a brilliant instructor who taught many theologians.
The Supreme Leader prayed to God to bestow eternal peace upon Ayatollah Montazeri's soul.
"Ayatollah Montazeri dedicated his life to the Islamic Revolution under the leadership of late Imam Khomeini and shouldered grave and tough burden to this end."
