Anti-Iran resolution puts Iran's trust in IAEA at risk
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Tehran, Dec 2, IRNA -- Iran said on Wednesday that Iran has lost its trust in the International Atomic Energy Agency following a politically-motivated resolution it passed against Tehran on November 27.
Addressing a group of senior commanders and directors, Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said, “The imperialist system has taken international forums its hostage, trying to violate rights of nations and impede the independent states’ path to progress and development.”
He said, “Instead of thanking Iran for its transparency and extraordinary cooperation with the IAEA and helping Iran for its peaceful nuclear activities, they have put procrastination on their agenda.”
Such “unprincipled” stances will make Iranian nation and government more decisive to become self-sufficient.
