He further emphasized, "Disregarding the Russian Federation and China's stands, as well as the facts presented in the NIE report of 16 intelligence agencies regearing the peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear activities, which are contrary to the slogans chanted by Washington regarding the harmonious approach of 5+1 and its international responsibilities regarding Iran's atomic program."

He reiterated, "The Russian officials had from the beginning of their cooperation with Iran stated that Iran should pursue its activities entirely under the supervision of the IAEA, and are now announcing that the process of Iran-IAEA should not be damaged due to pressure and threats."

Pointing out that Iran has never been after acquiring nuclear weapons, he said, "The Russian officials, too, have in adopting their stands always emphasized over this matter, thus blocking the path for Western extremist approach against Iran, although the US has kept on insisting on its unilateral approach regardless of Moscow and Beijing's viewpoints within 5+1."

Turning to Iran-Russia comprehensive cooperation and their shared stands on regional issues, such as Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Middle East crises, he said, "The crises in this region can be solved merely through heeding their real root causes."
