Iran-President-Mosques-Nuclear
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said here Wednesday that the recent report by the UN nuclear watchdog on Iran's nuclear program nullified efforts made by enemies.
Addressing prayer leaders of several mosques in Tehran province, he added that the report presented to the Board of Governors by Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohamed ElBaradei was a great victory for the Iranian nation.
"Iran's nuclear case was not a technical and legal one but it was rather a political one motivated by the IAEA report," he said.
"Bullying powers disgraced the IAEA and the UN Security Council in the past two years. They issued resolutions against Iran and threatened the country but achieved nothing," the Iranian president reiterated.
Iran is a nuclear country, thanks to guidelines of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei and resistance of the Iranian nation, he added.
Head of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) said, "After ElBaradei's report no one can threaten the Iranian nation."
