Iran will not give up nuclear right under pressure: Jalili

Iran's top nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili Thursday reiterated that Iran will not give up its nuclear right under pressure.
He made the remark on the sidelines of the International Seminar on Iran's Nuclear Program and IAEA Director General Report, which kicked off here Thursday.
He was responding to a question by an Italian reporter that in case military threats against Iran are carried out to what extent Iran might give up its nuclear right.
"Iran is not supposed to give up its nuclear rights under pressure," he said.
Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) added, "We have reiterated that within a rational and legal framework, hile we fulfill our legal obligations we favor acquiring our rights, too."
The day-long seminar, organized by the Foreign Ministry's School of International Relations, is participated by a group of foreign scholars from different countries including Australia, Cuba, Russia, New Zealand, Germany and Egypt.
