Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini said here Sunday that the recent report of the UN nuclear watchdog chief was "stronger" than its previous ones.

Talking to reporters during his weekly press briefing, he said the reports released by Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohamed ElBaradei, particularly the recent one on the P1 and P2 centrifuges proved that all stands taken by Iran in the past four years have been "logical, correct and transparent".

He reiterated that ElBaradei's report rejected all accusations and baseless claims made against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

"Iran, from the very beginning, announced that all its peaceful nuclear activities are within a legal and legitimate framework," Hosseini noted.

He advised the Group 5+1 "to avoid the illogical and illegal policies which have existed so far".

He emphasized that Iran's nuclear case should follow its normal route at the IAEA.
