Iran-Nuclear-Hosseini
Iran's peaceful and normal nuclear activities will continue, said Foreign Ministry spokesman, Mohammad-Ali Hosseini, on Sunday.
Speaking to domestic and foreign reporters at his weekly press conference, Hosseini said Tehran's nuclear talks with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) "is underway based on the agreements signed by the two sides."
As for the visit to Tehran of a team of the agency inspectors Monday, the spokesman said, "A delegation from the IAEA is scheduled to visit Iran and hold talks on the nuclear site in Natanz," in central Iran.
Asked if the country was faced with "special conditions", Hosseini said, "We do not believe that there are any special conditions.
"It should become clear why those who say so believe we are in special conditions. It should be made clear from which point of view they are making such comments," Hosseini stressed.
As for the next round of talks between Iran's top nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani and the European Union foreign policy chief, Javier Solana, the spokesman said their talks would be held on August 20.
