Iran lodges protest with UN against US engineered sabotage

IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency

Tehran, June 9, IRNA
Iran-US-Letter of Protest
Iran's permanent representative to the United Nations on Saturday lodged protest with the UN against United States for engineering sabotage and creating spy networks in Iran.

The protest focused on US setting up Jondollah terrorist networks in parallel with spy networks for sabotage operations in Iran.

In the letters, which have been registered and released as documents at the UN General Assembly and the Security Council, the representative office noted that such hostile acts by the US indicates its obvious intervention in internal affairs of Iran, which are in contradiction with the principles and regulations of international conventions and Algiers Accord between the two countries.

The US media have recently revealed that the US administration is supporting terrorist group of Jondollah as well as arming drug traffickers in Southeastern Iran.

The US administration has also established spy networks and has dispatched its elements to Iran in a bid to trigger terrorist and sabotage acts against the institutes and organs of the Islamic Republic.
