President: Iran to become nuclear fuel exporter

IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency

Tehran, May 25, IRNA
Iran-President-Nuclear
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Friday that Iran will turn into an exporter of nuclear fuel.

According to the Press Department of presidential office, Ahmadinejad added, "We will not only continue the work on centrifuges, but will also increase the fuel cycle to become an exporter of nuclear fuel."

Speaking in a meeting with the families of martyrs and war veterans of the Islamic Republic, he underlined that Iranians will not back down even one step from their indisputable rights in the field of civilian nuclear activities.

The president described progress in nuclear program as 'movement of a train' without any back gear and break, but its steering-wheel is on the hands of competent humans.

Describing resolutions issued by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to impose sanctions on Iran as ineffective, he added that the sanctions will definitely be harmful for the bullying powers and their allies.

Head of the Supreme National Security Council added that the opponents of Iranians in the way of attaining peaceful nuclear energy should know that such attempts will never bear fruits for them to persuade Iran halt its nuclear activities.

Pointing to big powers' concern over Iran's nuclear achievements, he noted that they are not afraid of atomic bomb, but they consider the progress and victory of Iranian nation in political arena as the shattering of their make-believe power.
