Larijani-ElBaradei-N Case
Iran's Secretary of Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Larijani, referring to his talks with IAEA Director-General Muhammad ElBaradei on Monday said, "He should submit a written plan, so we can consider it and express our views about it." After holding a joint press conference with Iraqi Vice-President Adel Abd-al-Mahdi here on Wednesday evening, Larijani told reporters, "The focal point of ElBaradei's plan is solving Iran's nuclear dossier through negotiation which is a proper way, but the procedure and whom should be negotiated with are among issues to be settled." Secretary of SNSC underlined ElBaradei did not say anything concerning details of the negotiation, but as Tehran has repeatedly said we are agreed on solving Iran's peaceful nuclear activities through negotiations.

Responding to a question concerning installation of centrifuges, Larijani said this is part of research and development programs of Iran's nuclear activities and it depends on progress of technical works.

Concerning message of Russian Security Council's Secretary Igor Ivanov who visited Iran recently, the Iranian official said, " He did not have a plan like 5+1, but presented his views on the ways of solving Iran's nuclear activities peacefully."
