IAEA inspectors in Iran, head for Isfahan UCF facilities

Two inspectors from International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) arrived in Iran on Wednesday, an informed source announced on Wednesday.

The inspectors are to inspect Iran's nuclear installations in Isfahan and Natanz and also hold discussions with officials of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, said the source.

Speaking to IRNA on the condition of anonymity, he said the inspectors, who arrived on Wednesday, are currently inspecting UCF installations in Isfahan.

The IAEA inspectors will remain i Iran for a week during which they will discuss expansion of mutual cooperation between the two sides.

IAEA inspectors have conducted some 2,510 person/day of inspection on Iran's nuclear facilities and installations, pointed out the source.

The UNSC issued anti-Iran resolution 1737 on November 23, 2006.

The Iranian Majlis overwhelmingly approved a double-urgency motion on revising Iran's relations and cooperation with the UN nuclear watchdog IAEA). The bill won the approval of the Guardian Council.

It was ratified in response to the approval by the UN Security Council of an anti-Iran resolution.
