Aqazadeh in today's talk called for increasing the working hours to three shifts and accelerating the installation of equipment to decrease the time for commissioning the plant.
Saeedi said the Russian side stressed that there was no political obstacle and the Russian government was determined to complete the Bushehr Powerplant.
He said the two sides experts are to discuss related issues tonight. Tomorrow, in the second round of negotiations Aqazadeh and Kiriyenko are to announce the definite date for the powerplant to start its work.
Russia has already announced that the powerplant will not be ready before November 2006, but Iranian officials have called for acceleration of the work.
