Government Spokesman Gholam-Hossein Elham said here Monday that all of the points associated with Iran's nuclear issue can be brought up and discussed during nuclear talks.
Elham made the remark in response to the question whether suspension of enrichment will also be on the agenda of talks, while speaking to foreign and domestic reporters in this week's press conference.
Turning to Iran's response to the package of proposal of the so called 5+1 group, he said that it was specified in the response that all the matters associated with the country's nuclear issue can be discussed during the talks.
Stating that no problem is insolvable within the framework of reason and international laws, he said that there is a promising prospect through talks for the parties involved in the issue.
Regretting the US government's refusal to issue entry visa for the Iranian interior minister, who intended to attend the World Migration Meeting, the spokesman said, "This proves the US unwillingness to comply with its international commitments.
"Given such limitations caused by the US, the United Nations can hardly be efficient and a serious way should be sought to avoid such a situation," he added.
Turning to Iran as a country which welcomes migrants and its role in solving the problems facing migrants, he said that the US move is meant to direct migrants towards Europe.
In response to a question about the US refusal to grant visa to the reporters and members of the delegation accompanying President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in his visit to the US, he said, "According to the latest news, this has been the case. However it can hardly be taken as the US final decision, given that the visa can still be issued today.
"This shows that the US intends to limit dissemination of information both on domestic and international scenes. The move is a kind of censorship and a cause for concern," he added.
