Chairman of the Expediency Council Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said here Tuesday that the probe into Iran's nuclear case has been diverted from its natural course.
Rafsanjani made the remark while addressing the International Conference on Iran's Nuclear Energy Program: Policies and Prospects, which kicked off here Tuesday.
"The main point in the investigation into Iran's nuclear dossier is that it has been diverted from its natural course," he said, adding it has now encountered problems and challenges.
"This diversion in probing into Iran's nuclear case has caused several problems for Iran and many other countries. If this continues in the future, several states will face such problems," the EC chairman said.
