Iran's top official for Moscow nuclear talks named

Deputy Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Seyed Ali Hosseini-Tash will head Iran's nuclear negotiating team in the upcoming Moscow talks, an informed source said Monday.
The two sides, in the next round of talks, will discuss various strategies for reaching an agreement on Russia's nuclear proposal to Iran, the source told IRNA.
Iran's response to the Russian offer will surface prominently in the talks in Moscow, the source noted.
The head of Russia's Atomic Energy Organization, Sergei Kiriyenko, arrived in Tehran on Friday and held intensive talks with his Iranian counterpart, Gholamreza Aqazadeh, on the Iran-Russia nuclear energy cooperation.
He also visited the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant on Sunday and assured that Russia would endeavor to complete the power plant as quickly as possible and that no political or non-political obstacle to its completion exists.
Iran's nuclear negotiating team, headed by Hosseini-Tash, held the second round of nuclear talks with its Russian counterpart in Moscow on February 20.
