Iran-Cuba-Nuclear Program
Majlis Speaker Gholam-Ali Haddad Adel said in an interview broadcast on Cuban TV on Friday night that Tehran is ready to provide the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) with 'objective guarantee' to ensure that Iranian nuclear program is for civilian use and will not be deviated for military purpose.
He said that it is surprising that the definition of certain states differs from definition of the UN nuclear agency adding that surprisingly, certain states say that 'objective guarantee' means not to use nuclear energy.
Haddad Adel said that the Islamic Revolution ended dependence on big powers and helped the nation advance toward progress and reconstruction.
"Iranian nation is on the scene 27 years after victory of the Islamic Revolution and reporters have witnessed the magnificent rallies nationwide reaffirming their commitment to national goals," he said.
He said that women have played constructive role in Iranian parliament holding 12 seats and several other women are working in the capacity of vice president.
Iranian women have made groundbreaking progress in the field of science and technology as well as in the academic level after the establishment of the Islamic Republic.
