Ahmadinejad: Islamic Revolution harbinger of peace and security for mankind

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said here on Monday afternoon, "The message of the Iranian nation's Islamic Revolution is peace and security for entire mankind, based on monotheism, justice, and nobility of human beings."
According to a report by Press Bureau of the Presidential Office, Ahmadinejad made the comment in a meeting with the ambassadors of various countries who had attended his office to congratulate him on the occasion of 27th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
The president compared the Islamic Revolution with other great revolutions in history, saying, "The Islamic Revolution took place at a time when mankind was in dire need of its contents, since this revolution took shape based on monotheist beliefs and justice seeking demand of the Iranian nation."
He added, "That is while the other revolutions were mainly based on atheist schools of thought, casting aside the reign of religions, and ignoring the need of mankind to salvation."
The Iranian President drew conclusion, "That is the reason why those revolutions all led to the emergence of chaotic conditions in the world, expansion of the dimensions of hatred and enmities among mankind, and the outbreak of wars."
He emphasized, "From the viewpoint of the Islamic Revolution the entire mankind are worthy of care and attention and everyone is obliged to respect their prestige."
Ahmadinejad said, "Elimination of enmities and hatred from the face of the world would not be possible unless the mankind would resort to piety and seek the restoration of justice at global level, justice is the root for love, friendship, and mutual respect." Ahmadinejad expressed regret that an atmosphere of distrust rules in international relations today and that under such conditions it would be impossible to establish a lasting peace to ensure global security.
He added, "The world powers resort to humiliation of nations, distortion of history, and destruction of cultures and civilizations in order to expand the dimensions of their hegemony and strengthen its foundations, but if justice would prevail we would no longer witness the occurrence of such humiliation and double standards."
The President referred to the arms race launched in the world by certain powers in a bid to secure their material interests, arguing, "Proliferation of nuclear arms and the full scale race among some powers in that field has worried the world nations."
Ahmadinejad referred to certain countries' threats against world nations resorting to their nuclear arsenals and meanwhile
misinterpreting the international laws in order to deprive other nations of their right to take peaceful advantage of the nuclear energy.
He said, "The era of such decision makings based on military supremacy is over and the world nations are well aware of their legitimate rights today.
President Ahmadinejad added, "Today is the day that the nations would insist for the restoration of their denied rights, since the era of the hegemony of capital and military power is over in our world."
He said, "It is the era of alertness of nations, logical relations, and the reign of monotheist human beings in pursuit of justice."
The president said, "If the world nations would be allowed to express their ideas freely and free from the hegemony of political power and capital, tendency toward justice, monotheism, and filling the world with love and friendship would be seen throughout the world."
Ahmadinejad added, "Those who resist against the will of nations had better realize that the balance of power is changing in favor of nations and the powerful governments that merely rely on their military powers are on the verge of annihilation."
He emphasized, "The day for establishment of lasting peace and security in the world is close at hand and the only way for saving mankind is restoration of the prophets' teachings."
The IRI President added, "The Prophets (PBUT) are the most sacred personalities among mankind and have endeavored for the salvation f human beings, but a group of people insult them in order to secure their hegemony and to loot the nations' wealth, and such moves are unfortunately backed by some governments."
The president said, "Those that insult the Prophet of Islam today would have stood against Jesus Christ, too, if they were his contemporaries."
Before President Ahmadinejad's address the Palestinian Ambassador to Tehran Salah Zawawi as the most senior foreign envoy in Tehran, on behalf of all his colleagues, while condoling the Iranian nation of the occasion of martyrdom of Imam Hussain (PBUH) congratulated the 72th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
