Tehran, Feb 12, IRNA
Iran-Nuclear-Asefi
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hamid-Reza Asefi here Sunday stressed Iran has reviewed all probabilities with respect to the referral of its dossier to the the UN Security Council and has not be taken by surprise.

Talking to domestic and foreign reporters at his weekly press conference, he said, "Do not stop at the UN Security Council station because staying there would not be helpful."
He said, "We have made the necessary preparations and have not been taken by surprise."
Asefi said it is Iran's policy to continue cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and beside that hold talks with the Russians and other countries to restore its rights.

In response to a question on remarks by the British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw on Iran's right to conduct enrichment after a period of confidence-building, he said Iran does not believe in merely engaging in talks and rather believes in taking
actions.

"Action speaks louder," he said.

"Europe should prove that it believes in putting these words into action."
Pointing to Iran's confidence-building measures during the recent years, he said, "Unfortunately, we have reached a point that gives the impression Europe does not have the potential and capacity for big jobs. It is now up to Europe to show it has such a capacity."
