Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Larijani here Friday said that Russia's proposal on production of Iran's required nuclear fuel inside its soil does not fully respond to Iran's nuclear energy demands.
Speaking to reporters upon arrival at Mehrabad Airport, he added that the proposed plan cannot fully respond to Iran's nuclear requirements.

He said that during his one-day visit to China, given close economic and political cooperation between the two countries, regional and bilateral collaboration, particularly in the field of energy, in particular the issues related to nuclear energy were discussed.
Concerning China's approach towards Iran's nuclear dossier, he said that the Chinese officials believe that the Europeans should not make rush decisions rather they should let the case be assessed by the United Nations nuclear watchdog professionally to avoid the unfavorable consequence of any irrational move.
Larijani referred to Iran's continuous cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and noted that the current ambiguities should be cleared by the agency.
"As a member of IAEA, we fulfill our duties and expect to be restored with our relevant rights," he added.
About discussing the nuclear issue with other countries, he said that Iran has a clear policy and transparent logic and that such diplomatic moves can definitely contribute to transparency and exchange of views with other states.
