"How is it possible to build bomb when you respect Safeguards Agreement of IAEA?" Larijani asks

Iran-Nuclear Program-Larijani
How is it possible for a signatory state to Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) to manufacture bomb when it has also enforced Safeguards Agreement of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Secretary of Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Larijani said on Wednesday lambasting the Western states for bringing up empty charges against Iranian nuclear program.

Indicating that all the charges against Iran is futile, Larijani asked the reporters "How is it possible to build a bomb when your nuclear sites are being monitored by cameras of the UN nuclear agency?"
He said that those who have produced nuclear bombs were not signatories to NPT and did not sign the Safeguards Agreement of IAEA.

Iran has given 'objective guarantee' to IAEA by signing Additional Protocol to NPT in 2003 that Iranian nuclear program will not be deviated from civilian use.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said at a press conference last week that cameras of IAEA have been installed on all Iranian nuclear sites monitoring them, whereas, none of the Western states, which have embarked on propaganda campaign against Iran, allow the UN nuclear agency to monitor their nuclear activities.
