Deputy Secretary of Supreme National Security Council in International Affairs and the senior member of Iran's delegation to the IAEA Board of Governors session, Javad Vaidi said the result of Saturday voting at the IAEA meeting was a failure for the West.
Speaking to reporters at the IAEA's headquarters in Vienna, Vaidi said the 22 votes in favour of the EU proposed resolution belongs to the West and this vote should be considered as a 'Western vote'.
He added the US and Britain also failed to send Iran nuclear dossier to the UN Security Council and were confronted with the world resistance and they will also be defeated in stopping nuclear fuel cycle by Iran.
The senior member of Iran's delegation said Iran is obliged to its international commitments and will continue peaceful use of nuclear technology.
