Russia: Negotiation only way to settle Iran's nuclear issue

Russian Security Council Secretary Igor Ivanov said here Monday the only legal authority to settle Iran's nuclear issue is International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
In meeting with Iran's Vice-President and Head of Atomic Energy Organization Gholam-Reza Aqazadeh, Ivanov Emphasized the necessity of continuation of negotiations, consultations and cooperation between Iran and IAEA.
He also stressed on necessity of cooperation between Iran and Russia in this field.
The two sides exchanged views on Iran's nuclear issue and emphasized both countries' intention to expand political, economic and trade relations.
Referring to Iran's dissatisfaction at negotiations with Europe, Aqazadeh said the main reason for this failure is that the Europeans do not accept Iranian indisputable rights to benefit from atomic fuel production cycle foe peaceful purposes.
He added Iran is ready to negotiate with all countries, especially the big ones like Russia, China and India, which are able to solve the problem and remove concerns.
Aqazadeh said, "We are ready to present concrete guarantees to continue our peaceful nuclear plans".
Iran's vice-president arrived in Moscow on Monday morning to exchange views with Russian high ranking officials.
