Majlis Speaker Golam-Ali Haddad Adel said on Sunday that Islamic Republic of Iran has logical approach to nuclear program and expects logical words from the European Union.
Speaking on the sidelines of the closing ceremony on News and Performance of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), he said the international community is not expected to blame Iran for nuclear program designed for civilian utility when Israel is stockpiling nuclear weapons.
"We will never give up our legitimate right to possess know-how for peaceful application of nuclear technology," he said adding that negotiations with the three European countries are going ahead through writing.
Responding to a question about the upcoming emergency meeting of IAEA Board of Governors in Vienna on Tuesday and possible referral to UN Security Council, he said the Iranian nation have hoisted the banner of Islamic Revolution and are ready to defend the country's legitimate rights in line with international conventions and independence as well.
Iran is determined to unseal Isfahan uranium conversion facility (UCF) and is waiting for UN watchdog to reopen UCF, he said.
