Rowhani: A bright prospect to open up in nuclear talks by Friday
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Tehran, Feb 9, IRNA -- Secretary of Iran`s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Hassan Rowhani said that a bright prospect will open up for Iran-Europe nuclear talks by Friday. He made the remarks while talking to reporters upon arrival in the city of Mashhad in northeast of the country for a two-day visit. He further noted that the third round of talks which started Tuesday and will continue up to Friday may probably reveal the degree of Europe`s commitment to negotiations. Saying that Iran`s decision to whether or not continue with the negotiations was based on its achievements in the talks, he said the three working committee`s failure to progress their jobs would persuade Iran to stop the talks. The SNSC secretary also remarked that it was too soon now to comment firmly on the Europe`s performance. Referring to British Prime Minister`s remarks who has accused Iran of supporting terrorism, he expressed his opinion that they were inspired by the official`s desire to please the Zionists who financially support him in the upcoming elections in Britain. 1424/1432
