Director General Mohamed ElBaradei here Monday said the Agency had
been able to complete its verification of Iran`s suspension of its
enrichment related and reprocessing activities.
Addressing reporters before the start of the Monday afternoon
meeting of the Board of Governors, he said the only exception is
related to Iran`s request to use up to 20 sets of centrifuge
components for research and development (R and D) purposes.
Today, Agency inspectors put surveillance cameras in place to
monitor the 20 sets of centrifuge components, he said announcing that
the identification numbers have also been received. As a consequence,
all measures necessary for the verification of Iran`s suspension of
enrichment related activities are now in place, he added.
"Naturally, I will inform board members should the suspension not
be fully sustained, or should the Agency be prevented from verifying
all elements of the suspension," ElBaradei reiterated.
Iran`s stands towards completion of enrichment is undoubtedly in a
correct way which reduces international concern regarding the nature
of Iran`s nuclear activities, he said adding that such a move will

regarding peaceful nature of Iran`s nuclear programs, ElBaradei told
reporters.
