1st phase of Paris agreement has been materialized: Diplomat

Vienna, Nov 29, IRNA -- An Iranian diplomat at the IAEA Board of 
Governors here on Monday said that the EU final draft has materialized
the first phase of Paris agreement. 
He told IRNA that by considering the suspension as a confidence 
building measure and taking out Iran`s case from the urgency state of 
the Board of Governors, the draft resolution proposed by the 
Europeans has materialized the first phase of Paris agreement. 
Iran is waiting for implementation of other stages of the Paris 
agreement and fulfillment of other commitments of the EU countries 
regarding the Paris agreement, the diplomat, who is a member of the 
Iranian delegation to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) 
Board of Governors, added. 
The Islamic Republic complies to its commitments regarding the 
Paris Agreement and expects the European side to also fulfill their 
commitments based on the agreement. 
The IAEA Board of Governors is to resume its talks on Iran`s 
nuclear activities this afternoon.
