Mohtaj says Army will strongly thwart animosity against Iran

Tehran, Sept 24, IRNA -- Navy Commander Rear Admiral Abbas Mohtaj 
said here on Friday that the Army will strongly confront whoever would
pursue animosity against Iran and the Islamic Revolution. 
Mohtaj, in a pre-sermon speech at Tehran Friday prayers, said 
Iran`s Army and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) are ready 
to defend the achievements of the Islamic Revolution by relying on 
modern technology and defense expertise. 
He described the Army as a competent force equipped with the 
latest combat knowledge and high maneuver ability. 
Mohtaj also praised the Air Force and the Navy for their success 
in using modern sciences to renovate and promote Iran`s defense 
infrastructure in their related areas.
