IAEA meeting on Iran postponed to Wednesday afternoon: ElBaradei
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Vienna, Sept 14, IRNA -- The International Atomic Energy Agency "IAEA" has postponed its Wednesday`s morning session to the afternoon as a result of tough negotiations between the Non-Aligned Movement "NAM" and the Europeans on Iran`s nuclear program, the IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei told the press here Tuesday evening. "There are hard negotiations going on, it all depends when we are ready to look into Iran`s issue," he said. ElBaradei said it was "most likely" the draft resolution would be introduced on Thursday. Asked about intense US pressure on the nuclear watchdog agency regarding the European draft resolution, the IAEA head responded, "each country has its own perspective." 1422/2324/1432
