IAEA Board of Governors begins meeting on Iran`s nuclear case
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Vienna, Sept 13, IRNA -- The sixth session of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) opened in Vienna on Monday to discuss Iran`s nuclear energy case. It has been reported that the board is scheduled to debate a draft resolution that the European Union`s big three state -- France, Britain and Germany -- have prepared on the case. According to Austrian and Swiss press, Washington is very much interested to send Iran`s nuclear case to the United Nations Security Council. The three European countries are ready to set a November deadline for Iran to respond to concerns about its nuclear program. Some western diplomats believe that the draft resolution will bring the so-called EU trio closer to US hardliners. 1422/2330/1432
