Iran vows to honor commitments to IAEA

IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency

Tehran, April 25, IRNA -- Iran renewed its pledge Sunday to respect
its commitments to the international nuclear watchdog and continue
cooperation with it.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi, speaking to
reporters here in a weekly news briefing, expressed hope that the
International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and European countries would
honor their commitments to Tehran by the same token.
The official touched on Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi`s tour
of Europe this week and described the outcome of the visit as `very
successful`.
"All outstanding issues between Iran and European countries have
been tackled during meetings held between the Iranian diplomacy head
and high-ranking European officials," Asefi said.
