Iran ready to accept foreign aid except Israel
IRNA
Tehran, Dec 27, IRNA -- Iran will accept humanitarian aid from all countries and international organizations except the Zionist regime following a killer earthquake which killed over 5,000 people and wounded 30,000 others. "Heavy damage in the quake-stricken areas makes us to use aid from international bodies and those states which are willing to help the people and have asked the Foreign Ministry to implement necessary measures to this effect," Interior Ministry spokesman Jahanbakhsh Khanjani said. He added Iran urgently needed sniffer dogs and machines that would detect eventual survivors, medicines, blankets, tents and prefabricated units. SF/210 End
