ElBaradei satisfied with Iran`s cooperation with IAEA

Vienna, Nov 20, IRNA -- Head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohamed ElBaradei here on Thursday voiced satisfaction with Iran`s full cooperation with the Agency, including accession to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and giving additional authority to the Agency to have access to related information. Talking to IRNA on sidelines of the IAEA board of governors` meeting, said, "I think we are moving on the right side clearly ... The ground is very encouraging; We now know much more about Iran`s program." He praised Iran`s move to suspend enrichment and related activities and for its continued discussions with the Agency, saying as far as prospect of non-proliferation activity is concerned Iran is doing it very well. He gave the good tiding that a new chapter had begun in cooperation between Iran and the IAEA. The IAEA board meeting opened here on Thursday with 35 states being represented. 216/215 End
