Iranian, Russian FMs discuss bilateral ties, key regional issues

Tehran, Aug 19, IRNA -- Iran`s Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi and hi Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov discussed bilateral cooperation and possible ways to bolster political and economic ties. According to Iran`s Foreign Ministry, Kharrazi and Ivanov during a telephone conversation discussed key regional developments, including Iraq and Palestine. Kharrazi stressed Iran`s peaceful nuclear activities and voiced his country`s determination to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). "Iran`s concerns should be considered and the country`s legal rights should be observed," Kharrazi said. SF/211 End
