Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and US President George W Bush today held talks on a range of issues focusing on a crucial nuclear deal between the two countries.

The one-to-one talks between the two leaders began shortly after Bush reached Hyderabad House here.

In efforts to wrap up a civilian nuclear pact, top officials of India and US held late night negotiations to iron out remaining differences.

Prior to the meeting between US President George Bush and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Narayanan and Saran met for about an hour.

The two sides on Thursday announced they had reached a deal on the issue of separation of India's civilian and military nuclear facilities.
