French President Emmanuel Macron attends the 22nd Shangri-La Dialogue, becoming the first European leader to deliver a keynote speech

On the evening of May 30, the 22nd Shangri-La Dialogue, which will last three days, opened in Singapore. French President Emmanuel Macron attended the opening dinner and delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony.
Since the Shangri-La Dialogue was established in 2002, Macron is the first head of state from a European country to deliver a keynote speech at its opening ceremony.
