- Egypt stressed need to bring all countries under the NPT VOA 18 Jan 2006 -- Cairo cannot adopt a stance on whether Iran's nuclear case should be referred to the UN Security Council for as long as the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) has not been embraced by all countries, an Egyptian spokesman said on Tuesday.
