DPRK says S. Korean military conducted "serious provocation"

PYONGYANG, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- The South Korean military on Tuesday conducted "a serious provocation," firing more than 10 warning shots at the DPRK soldiers who were conducting a permanent barrier project near the southern border line, the official Korean Central News Agency reported Saturday, citing a senior military official.
