Sergey Lavrov: Chairman Kim Jong-un, I am delighted to see you.
Kim Jong-un: You have been actively pursuing foreign policy lately. I thought it would be best to meet with you here in Wonsan rather than in Pyongyang, because this is a good place to take a rest.
You are the first foreign guest at our resort. I am glad that we are meeting here.
Sergey Lavrov: Our Ambassador was the first. He praised it so highly that I could not resist your offer.

Thank you for the opportunity to meet and speak with you. These meetings always encourage the continued development of our relations, especially in the context of the agreements reached between you and President of Russia Vladimir Putin: first and foremost, the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
We deeply appreciated your visit to our Embassy on May 9 and your heartfelt, warm remarks on Victory Day. Around the same time, President Putin, while participating in the parade on Red Square, held a conversation with the commanders of the Korean People's Army units who, shoulder to shoulder with Russian soldiers, contributed to the liberation of the Kursk Region.
President Vladimir Putin sends his warm greetings and reaffirms his commitment to all the previous agreements. He looks forward to continuing direct contacts with you in the near future.
Our talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK Choe Son-hui lasted more than three hours. The discussions were substantive, focused, and productive. We covered the full range of bilateral issues, including preparations for the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, and Technical Cooperation, scheduled for the end of this year. We also addressed a broad spectrum of topics related to cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
