Agitprop Activities Brisk in DPRK

Pyongyang, January 7 (KCNA) -- Artistes from various central art troupes in the DPRK are intensifying frontline-style information and agitprop activities to encourage the working people in the capital city of Pyongyang who turned out in the gigantic advance of this year in hearty response to the idea and spirit of the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Artistes of the National Folk Art Troupe, the Phibada Opera Troupe, the National Theatrical Troupe and the Pyongyang Puppet Company visited major factories to redouble the revolutionary enthusiasm of the working people.
They conducted agitprop activities at the Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex, the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill and the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill during rush hour.
The songs sung by artistes of central art troupes in the agitprop performance held at the Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant gave a boost to the revolutionary spirit of the working class who are making innovative successes in production in the fighting spirit of the 1960s and 70s while overcoming obstacles and difficulties. -0-
