Hydro-power Stations Push Ahead with Work to Raise Generation Efficiency
Korean Central News Agency of DPRK
Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- Hydro-power stations in the DPRK have conducted the work to raise the generation efficiency in close connection with scientific research units.
Last year, the Jangjingang Power Station introduced a real-time efficient measurement system by pressure pickup, thus providing a guarantee for the high-efficient operation of generators.
The same is true of the Pujongang and Hochongang power stations.
The Kumya Hydraulic Generating Equipment Factory manufactured a hydraulic turbine bucket suitable to the technical character of the relevant generation equipment. -0-
