Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- Following are major news items and articles in newspapers of the DPRK on Wednesday:

Foreign media carried special write-ups on the occasion of the third anniversary of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un's election as chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Articles laud the exploits of the Supreme Leader on the occasion of the 7th anniversary of the conferment of the title of the DPRK Marshal on him.

More remains of martyrs were buried at the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery in the run-up to the 66th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.
