Seoul, March 25, 2019, SPA – North Korea restored some personnel to a joint liaison office with South Korea on Monday, Seoul's Unification Ministry said, according to Yonhap News Agency.
Four or five North Korean officials returned to the office earlier in the day and held a meeting with their South Korean counterparts, the ministry official told reporters in Seoul.
On Friday, North Korea pulled its staff from the liaison office, saying that the decision was based on an order from higher-ups.
