Ships Mobilized for Restoring Flood-hit Areas in DPRK

Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- The DPRK Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport launched a maritime transport campaign for restoring the flood-hit areas of North Hamgyong Province.

On the basis of full preparations, several ships began their voyage toward the disaster areas, carrying crane cars, shovel cars and other construction equipment from September 11.

Meanwhile, the ministry has planned to transport cement and other building materials by sea. -0-
