Kim Tok Hun Appointed as Vice-Premier

Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) -- Kim Tok Hun was appointed as vice-premier of the DPRK, according to a decree promulgated by the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK on Wednesday.
