Pyongyang, April 9 (KCNA) -- A concert 'We Will Win Final Victory with Arms of Paektusan' was given by the Korean People's Army Song and Dance Ensemble at the April 25 House of Culture on Tuesday, the 20th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's election as chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission.

Present there on invitation were the chief of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front, visiting overseas Koreans, diplomatic envoys of different countries, representatives of international organizations, military attaches here and their spouses.

Put on the stage were mixed chorus 'We Will Win Victory, Flying the Colors of the Supreme Commander', dance 'Our Arms', mixed duet and mixed chorus 'Fly High, Our Party Flag', kayagum ensemble and male pangchang 'Our Satellite Is on Its Orbit' and other numbers.

The performers sang high praises of the revolutionary feats Generalissimo Kim Jong Il performed by establishing an advantageous Korean-style state political system for implementing Songun politics in all fields and laying strong foundations for eternal prosperity of the nation.

Also staged were dance 'Final Decisive Battle', tenor solo 'Soldier's Wish Runs to South Sea' and mixed chorus and tap dance 'Advance and Advance.' They truthfully represented the will of the defenders of justice to put a definite end to the long-standing history of confrontation with the U.S. imperialists and bring about a bright day of national reunification.
